Critica Co-Founder & CEO Speaks at TEDMED 2017
Critica Co-Founder & CEO traveled to sunny Palm Springs, California two weeks ago to give a talk at TEDMED.
The 2017 conference theme was “Limitless” and featured extraordinary speakers from a variety of backgrounds who have in one way or another overcome the “limits” of knowledge and capabilities in the service of better health for all humanity. There were speakers from the U.S., UK, Syria, Liberia, the Netherlands, and more. There was also an extraordinary array of backgrounds, including award-winning athletes, neuroscientists, legislators, biologists, sociologists, and musicians, among others.
The event was well-attended and there was an opportunity to do some interviews with big players in health and medicine, including the American Medical Association, and with a wide array of media outlets. We will be posting these interviews and articles in the coming weeks so stay tuned.
All in all, it was an absolute pleasure and a privilege to be part of this wonderful event. It was wonderful, as always, to have an opportunity to share Critica’s message and passion about ensuring that everyone has the requisite tools and feels empowered to make the best possible health decisions for themselves and their families. It was also truly inspiring to not only listen to but also get a chance to meet so many remarkable individuals working so hard to make the world a safer, healthier place. There are so many reasons to be hopeful and optimistic about the future, and we hope that our Critica community can share in these sentiments with us as well.
Sara’s talk will be released online in the coming months, and we will be sure to post it on the site as soon as it’s available.
